강제추행 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 작곡가 유재환 씨가 벌금형을 확정받았습니다.

대법원은 지난 7일 유 씨의 강제추행 혐의 상고심에서 벌금 500만 원을 선고한 원심판결을 상고기각 결정으로 확정했습니다.

유 씨는 2023년 6월 작곡비를 받지 않고 곡을 만들어준다는 취지로 SNS 게시글을 올려 알게 된 피해자를 강제로 추행한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.
